We stopped in Highlands because a friend said it was a nice town. Katy made arrangements for us to see a house that day. She was so nice! We did not buy that house but Katy stayed in touch. We came back about a month later. She helped us arrange for a place to stay. We saw so many houses - at least 15 in one day. We thought we might want to be on a lake. Then we thought we might like to be in a golf community. As she got to know us she realized we would be happier not far from the town of Highlands. She found the house we bought on Foreman Road. She called it "the surprise" because she had not told us about the house. We walked in and fell in love. She has gone out of her way to help us through inspections, and contracts not to mention helping us get familiar and settled in Highlands! She is a lovely lady! We now consider her a friend.
